First time I used this and yes, it can be a bit painful. But you get used to it ! It has been over a week and the hair still has not grown out. I used this for my side burns because they grow very thick. I would shave them every three days and they just grown back even more and thicker . So glad I got this epilator; no more embarrassing side burns for me :)

Love this product-this is my fifth Braun machine in the last 30 years, and so far my favorite. Not only it's wireless so I can charge it and take along on a long trip without its power source, but the ease of use and variety of heads for different parts of teh body makes it a good tool. the extra battery-operated trimmer fits in my purse.

Great machine - we shopped around and Best Buy had the best price. This is a good deal as it comes with extras. Yes it hurt the first minutes but your body gets use to it and we love it - takes off ALL hair

It doesn't shave as well as the last one I had. It also came with way too many attachments with minimal instructions.

So many improvements. I've used these machines for 15 + years and best improvement is how much easier and completely it can be cleaned, pre shave to shorten hair too long, better information on use and care, battery, etc...Very good and even though I don't use it in the shower, water proof is a very nice improvement. Good attachments!Katie

The product us good! The only thing I thought was very sharp was the attachment with the razor and a rotating clippers that pull hair from the skin.

I really enjoyed this product! At home you have time to do it whenever you want and stop if hurt you. Actually doesn't hurts, but I realized as much shorter the hair as much less painful it is. It is really powerful and the battery holds time enough.

it was perfect and fine until i tried to clean off the hairs off the blade. the coil fell off and i have not being able to place it back.
